I haven't received a shipping confirmation. When will my merchandise order ship?

Most orders will ship in 3-5 business days, however at certain times of the year this lead time will be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please be sure to provide contact information when placing your order.  I need to cancel or make an adjustment! I gave you the wrong shipping address. Can you change it? 

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so once the package has left our facility, we will be unable to make any changes. However, there is a short window of time in which you can modify or cancel your order. Please email orders@elarroyo.com with your order number and "URGENT" in the subject line.


 What is your return policy?

We greatly appreciate your business!  However, due to the shipping requirements needed for our products to arrive to their location safely we are not able to offer returns and all sales are final.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 business days of when your order was received.  If you have a damaged product and need a replacement item, please send us an email at orders@elarroyo.com


Where do you ship from?

Your order is processed and packed with care out of our warehouse in Waco, TX.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally but we are working on it!


Where else can I purchase El Arroyo merchandise?

We sell merchandise at our original restaurant in Austin, TX. as well as through various retailers across the country. We are working on a store locator and will be releasing it soon! For wholesale inquiries and where to purchase in your area, feel free to contact us at wholesale@elarroyo.com.
